Ship out-going products by ensuring accuracy of order as compared to actual Sales Order; ensure each order has documentation (e.g., packing slip, C of A, and any foreign documentation that may be needed); enter appropriate information into computer system. Prepare all related paperwork required for out-bound shipments; includes but is not limited to bills-of-lading, packing slips, special instructions, labels, reports, etc. Check orders and customer notes to ensure accuracy and that the Quality Department has approved product for shipment. Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm Starting pay $18.08/hour depending on experience What you need to join our team: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment required. Shipping and/or receiving experience preferred. Data entry Proficient in Microsoft office tools. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Where you’ll be working: Our Lake Norden, SD, plant is home to about 400 employees and boasts a brand new, state-of-the-art cheese and whey facility. The facility produces monterey jack, muenster, asiago, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, cheddar and romano cheeses, as well as various whey streams. Agropur’s US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year.
